1. Acceptance of these Terms
By accessing or using Allideas.pro (the “Site”), operated by ALLIDEAS.AI, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
2. Relationship with the Disclaimer
These Terms govern the contractual relationship between you and ALLIDEAS.AI. Important warnings about the experimental nature of the Site, the limits of any AI-generated output and the absence of investment or professional services are set out separately in our Disclaimer, which forms an integral part of these Terms.
3. Eligibility & accounts
You must be at least 16 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) and able to enter into a binding contract to use the Site. You are responsible for keeping any access credentials confidential and for all activity carried out under them.
4. User content & ideas
You retain ownership of the ideas, text, files and other content you submit (“User Content”). By submitting User Content you grant ALLIDEAS.AI a limited, worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to host, store, reproduce and process it solely to operate the Site, provide the related services and improve them in an aggregated, non-identifying form. You represent that you hold all rights necessary to grant this licence.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to: (a) attempt to disrupt, probe or reverse-engineer the Site or its underlying models; (b) use the Site for unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory, harassing or harmful purposes; (c) submit content that infringes third-party rights or contains malware; (d) use automated means to extract data beyond what is publicly offered.
6. Intellectual property
The Site, its branding, software, agent designs, copy and visual assets (excluding User Content) are owned by ALLIDEAS.AI or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No rights are granted to you other than the limited right to use the Site as intended.
7. Suspension & termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site, in whole or in part, at any time and without prior notice if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms or if we discontinue the Site. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (IP, liability, governing law) will continue to apply.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ALLIDEAS.AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, business or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “last updated” date above reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the Site after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
10. Governing law & jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at the registered place of business of ALLIDEAS.AI, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that place, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rules in your country of residence.
