By accessing or using Allideas.pro (the “Site”), operated by ALLIDEAS.AI, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

The Site is an experimental, in-development platform. Features, content and availability may change, be suspended or discontinued at any time without notice and without liability.
3. No professional advice
Content provided through the Site (including any AI-generated output) is for informational purposes only and does not constitute legal, financial, investment, tax or other professional advice. You are solely responsible for any decisions you make based on it.
4. User content & ideas
You retain ownership of the ideas and content you submit. By submitting content, you grant us a limited, worldwide, royalty-free license to process it for the sole purpose of operating the Site and providing the related services. You represent that you have the necessary rights to submit such content.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at the registered place of business of ALLIDEAS.AI, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
